In 1996, JLL Electrical Trading started with a small operation in a rented shop in Taman OUG. A few years later, the Company moved to Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park with a bigger shop lot ( 1 intermediate lot, 1 corner lot in ground floor and 2 offices lot in 1st  floor as store ). With more space to keep stocks and house the company’s increasing manpower.

Between the year of 2001 and 2002, the Company’s growth had reached another milestone. The two rented shop lot was bought from the landlord, together with the two other shop lots already in possession, the marketing company’s business progress was beyond expectation.

Changes were made to the day to day operations of the marketing company’s operation and business developed 
at an amazing pace.
In 2004, the marketing company has rented a shop lot and has set a new branch, JLL Electric (EQ) Sdn Bhd in Taman Equine, to serve the upcoming residential and industrial needs.
This new branch is oversees by one of the Company’s partner – Mr Joe PY Loke ( green belt of six sigma), 
formerly with GE International. He has more than 10 years of experience mainly in the marketing and sales of electrical goods. 

Mr Joe PY Loke implements the Company’s office overall strategy in providing total supply chain solution to enhance the expansion of the company’s business.  While, the main office, the sales and administrative is lead by Mdm Christz YF Loo.  She had previously served in several well known electrical companies and acquiring 10 over years of experience in electrical sales line. Her excellent service and produce knowledge is well recognized as she is totally committed in fulfilling the requirements of customers.  



The Company ultimate objective is to cater the customers’ utmost satisfaction by fulfilling the hardest of task presented. With the commitment of hard work and dedicated performance of the partner – JLL ELECTRICAL SDN BHD was registered in July 2004.
In order to be in pace with global competition, JLL ELECTRICAL SDN BHD and JLL ELECTRIC (EQ) SDN BHD draws upon the combined collective strength to ensure successful business management and sales growth. 

Mr. Ng Chong How has been invited to join JLL ELECTRIC (EQ) SDN BHD as the Company Director where the management is confident that with a decade of experience and his track record of high sales, under Mr Ng’s supervision, the Equine office would run smoothly.

JLL ELECTRICAL SDN BHD’s business has been growing steadily since its first day of operation, thanks to 
the management’s support in importing goods, due to the fact that the quality of stocks matches the price and availability of stocks upon requests by customers. The management strives towards controlling the cost of goods. We  believe in strong monitoring of the maintenance of stock making sure the stock are sufficient in meeting demands, and, not burdening the Company with excessive stocks in keep.


Suppliers of leading electrical brand name has been very supportive and plays major contributing role to the expansion of our company, 



Our sales teams are practicing the energy management: 
Capable and willing to make a change.
Supporting companies’ to gain subsidies with energy efficient and solutions.
Business to business.

In fact, JLL has secured a foot in the market although JLL isn’t quite as open and as exposed to the market, because of its own in-house trading company. Mr Joe PY Loke has high ambitions for the companies, overseen huge potential in these industries and there’s plenty of room for investment, is looking to further its presence in the market and make further investment.



In addition, one of the leading company in the country; Philips Lighting Malaysia, who is emphasizing electrical goods exploration and production in the country, had long persuading JLL ELECTRICAL SDN BHD  to set up its manufacturing company  ( which is known as ECOManufacturing Sdn Bhd ) to become their partner in this line. This esteem company had invited Mr Joe PY Loke to start the venture route by attending the OEM 4th Conference in Dubai, in mid May 2007, as a warming up for their new business development growth.
Hence, it will start to become more of an important issue going forward and this is the right time for ECO Manufacturing to be set up and move to increase its presence in this field could benefit our marketing arm, who have built the market for ECO, and JLL takes on conversion works on maintaining their current competitive advantage of versatility and to help ourselves to pull away from our competitors.  

In order to be more effective and competitive, we have to keep ourselves ahead by having more efficient personnel, coming up with new products and also allowing customization options for their customers.
